Green Peas and Onions - Prep 5m, Cook 10m

Ingredients:
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 white onion, sliced thinly
3 tbsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup dried parsley
1 can green peas, drained
Salt

Directions:

In a small skillet heat oil, add salt, parsley and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Add sliced onions and cook for 7-10 minutes until softened. Add drained peas and toss.
